These unique race is a part of the Blur species. They are beautiful and their bodies are their artistic temple. 
They always wear headdress of some sort and never show their faces they don't have art  all over their body per say but some of them can they are gifted in a variety of gifts and are often asexual in nature.   these are delicate racing often require that more energy go into them they are similar to BNV as they are like you and me however they prefer a specific style of shell.
