 A wise person once told me that if you only see the light you're denying your dark side you're denying the shadow self and ego. Thus you're not truly accepting yourself are you? In my case this actually made me sick. I'm sure I'm not the only individual out there that is like this!  If you deny yourself the dark part of yourself or light then  you're not accepting yourself for who you truly are inside and out when you begin to accept yourself for who you truly are as a whole instead of just the many facets of you then you can  achieve  true power. This hourglass assists with this.
